**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels while adhering to budgetary constraints.
- Collaborate with other departments to address any cleanliness concerns or special requests from guests.
- Handle guest complaints or issues related to housekeeping promptly and professionally.
- Maintain records of cleaning activities, staff performance, and supply usage for reporting purposes.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality industry or similar environments such as hotels or hospitals.
- Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and custodial best practices.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with staff and guests professionally.
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed, including weekends or holidays.

Pay: $55,500.83-$64,654.99 per year
