CEM Resorts, a premier luxury destination in Toronto, is looking for an **experienced Housekeeping Manager** to oversee and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and guest satisfaction. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a passion for **luxury hospitality and exceptional service**.

**Responsibilities**:
**Housekeeping Operations & Management**
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all rooms, suites, and public areas meet CEM Resorts’ luxury standards.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules, inspections, and quality control measures.
- Manage linen, laundry, and inventory control for cleaning supplies.

**Team Leadership & Training**
- Lead, train, and motivate housekeeping staff to provide outstanding service.
- Conduct performance evaluations, coaching, and scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

**Guest Satisfaction & Quality Control**
- Address and resolve guest concerns regarding cleanliness and housekeeping services.
- Conduct regular room inspections and ensure rooms are guest-ready at all times.
- Implement feedback-driven improvements to enhance the guest experience.

**Budget & Vendor Management**
- Manage housekeeping budgets, control expenses, and optimize resource usage.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for cleaning products and laundry services.
- Monitor and maintain cost-efficient housekeeping practices.

**Compliance & Safety Standards**
- Ensure all housekeeping activities comply with safety regulations and hotel policies.
- Maintain high standards in sanitation, waste disposal, and sustainability initiatives.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum **3-5 years** of housekeeping management experience in a luxury hotel or resort.
- **Education**: Diploma/Degree in **Hospitality Management** or related field preferred.
- **Skills**: Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
- **Knowledge**: Familiarity with cleaning procedures, hygiene standards, and inventory management.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Experience with housekeeping software and digital reporting tools is a plus.
- **Physical Requirements**: Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderately heavy items as needed.
