**WEINS Auto Group** is looking for a **Junior Business Analyst** at WEINS Corporate. The Junior Business Analyst provides essential support to the DMS Enterprise Manager and Senior Analyst by assisting with administrative tasks, research, reporting, and project coordination. This role is designed for an individual who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and interested in leveraging new technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, to enhance business processes. The Junior Business Analyst plays a key role in ensuring smooth operations and supporting decision-making within the organization.

**Responsibilities**
- Draft correspondence and prepare reports as required.
- Research, draft, and prepare business plans and reports for review.
- Monitor and maintain progress on tasks and projects as assigned.
- Take, type, and distribute meeting minutes as needed.
- Set up and maintain DMS systems and documentation.
- Perform other administrative and clerical tasks as directed.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Perform General Corporate Matters such as provide secretarial and administrative support for general corporate activities.
- Assist with other duties, special projects, and initiatives as requested by management.

**Qualifications**
- Post-secondary education (degree or diploma preferred).
- Strong desire to learn about Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Japanese language skill is an asset and not mandatory.

**Salary Range: $55,000 - $62,000**
**Work Arrangement: Hybrid**
