- Currently, NADG has over $5.9 Billion of AUM and owns over 25 million square feet of shopping center and mixed-use space in the United States and Canada, as well as numerous residential development projects consisting of over 10,000 units in various stages of development or pre-development. NADG’s team of over 250+ professionals are located in 10 offices across North America, 5 in Canada and 5 in the United States._

**POSITION TITLE: JUNIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Assist with preparation of financial statements for both internal and external users
- Prepare year-end audit working paper files within scheduled deadlines
- Assist in preparation of tax working papers and review of inputs
- Liaise with management and third-party financial information providers
- Record month-end adjusting entries and capital entries for investment funds
- Prepare investor distributions and other payments
- Assist with coding of invoices to the correct fund and general ledger accounts
- Complete ad-hoc projects for internal and external reporting purposes
- Assist with other department functions as required

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
**Experience**:

- One to two years of experience in accounting and financial reporting
- Preference for experience in equity method accounting. Investment company and real estate experience a plus.

- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and time management skills required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills required
- Strong organization skills and detail oriented
- Individual must be motivated, deadline-oriented and work well with others
- Good business judgment and ability to perform multiple tasks without frequent direction.
- Resourceful; able to solve problems and work independently.
- Knowledge of Yardi preferred
