**About the Role**

At True Balance Longevity, we combine medical expertise with a modern approach to wellness. The Patient Intake Coordinator is the key point of contact who ensures every client’s journey starts smoothly, runs efficiently, and ends with lasting results. You’ll coordinate patient onboarding, support clinical teams, and maintain operational flow across our medical and wellness divisions. This is an in-clinic role for someone who enjoys both people and process-someone who thrives on organization, communication, and follow-through.

**What You’ll Do**
- Manage patient intake, scheduling, and follow-up processes to ensure timely and accurate communication.
- Educate clients on treatment programs and assist with onboarding into our health app.
- Maintain CRM records, patient data, and communication logs with precision.
- Collaborate with providers and guest care teams to deliver a seamless patient experience.
- Monitor performance metrics such as client response times and engagement rates.
- Handle guest inquiries and support front-office operations as needed.

- Experience in patient coordination, client relations, or health program administration.
- Comfort with CRM, EMR, or other data systems-attention to detail is key.
- Strong communication and time management skills.

**Schedule & Availability**

This is an in-clinic position at our Sherwood Park location.
Full-time and part-time options available after 90-day training.

**Shift options**:

- Monday-Friday: 3pm-7pm, 11am-7pm, 4pm-8pm, or 12pm-8pm
- Saturday: 10am-4pm or 12pm-6pm
- Sunday: 10am-4pm or 12pm-6pm
