**Responsibilities**:
As a Café Cashier, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service while efficiently processing orders. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for our customers.

Your key responsibilities will include:
Greeting customers with a warm and friendly demeanor as they enter the café.

Accurately processing customer orders, including food, beverages, and merchandise, through our POS system.

Handling cash, credit card, and mobile payment with precision and integrity.

Providing information to customers about menu items, specials, and cafe policies.

Maintaining a clean and organized cashier station, ensuring it is properly stocked with supplies.

Collaborating with the café team to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer satisfaction.

Addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.

Assisting in keeping the café area tidy, including clearing tables and cleaning up spills as needed.

Qualifications:
Prior cashier or customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Friendly and outgoing personality with a genuine passion for providing excellent customer service.

Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.

Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

Reliable and punctual, demonstrating a strong work ethic.
