**Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks
- Respond promptly to requests for repairs or maintenance issues
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and expenses
- Ensure the building is clean, safe, and well maintained at all times

**Tenant Relations**:

- Establish and maintain positive relationships with residents.
- Monitor and enforce building security measures.
- Respond to building emergencies promptly and follow appropriate procedures.
- Conduct routine safety inspections and address potential hazards.

**Safety and Security**:

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
- Give all receipts to housing manager or finance manager.
- Collaborate with housing manager for budget planning and expense control.
- Coordinate with outside contractors as needed.

**Administrative Tasks**:

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
- Collaborate with property management for budget planning and expense control.
- Return all receipts to housing manager or finance manager.
- Coordinate and supervise outside contractors as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance tasks.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, low voltage wiring, and other building systems.
- Ability to fabricate or repair various components using hand tools and power tools.
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills.

**Requirements**:

- Willingness to reside on-site in provided accommodation.
- Availability for on-call responsibilities and emergencies.
- Physical ability to perform maintenance tasks and respond to emergencies.
- Valid driver's license required.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
