**Position: Junior Accounts Payable Assistant**

**We are looking for a Junior Accounts Payable Assistant with at least 1-3 years of AP experience. As an AP Assistant, you will provide support to the Accounts Payable Manager by ensuring efficient, timely, and accurate payments of accounts as well as maintaining records of payment.**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Coding & posting vendor invoices to Sage 50**
- **Verifying vendor invoices, allocating expenses to related accounts**
- **Reconciling corporate credit cards and posting in Sage 50**
- **Verifying and processing employer’s expense reports**
- **Divisionalizing and presenting P&L statements to the owners monthly**
- **Protects the organization’s value by keeping information confidential**
- **Assist with other accounting duties and projects when required**

**Qualifications**
- **Diploma in Accounting or relevant experience**
- **1-3 years of Accounts Payable experience in a manufacturing, wholesale or retail industry**
- **Accounting experience and knowledge**
- **Excellent oral and written communication skills**
- **Attention to detail and accuracy with figures**
- **Ability to multitask and highly organized**
- **Intermediate to advance knowledge of Microsoft Excel**
- **Strong knowledge and experience with ERP Systems**
- **Ability to work independently and within a team environment**

- **$18-25 depends on the experience**
