Our clinic, located within **Tudor Glen Place** in St. Albert, has been serving the community since 2006. We offer a broad range of services, including physiotherapy, pelvic physiotherapy, occupational therapy, massage therapy, vestibular assessment and treatment, concussion care, custom orthotics, and compression stockings. Our therapists are dedicated to improving the well-being of our local community through clinical excellence and ongoing support for health and wellness initiatives.
**The Opportunity**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Clinical Leadership & Quality Care**:
- Provide leadership in ensuring quality care delivery and supporting continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Assist clinical staff with managing caseloads and reviewing care plans.
- Deliver regular quality assurance reports and encourage a culture of professional development.
- Maintain a **hands-on approach** to patient care while implementing processes that elevate the patient experience and clinic outcomes.
**Team Development & Professional Growth**:
- Mentor, coach, and inspire staff to achieve their potential, ensuring continued **clinical excellence** through ongoing education.
- Lead regular 1:1 meetings with clinical staff to identify growth areas and provide guidance to enhance treatment effectiveness.
- Cultivate leadership within the team by identifying staff members with potential for career progression.
**Business Development & Clinic Success**:
- Oversee internal operations, emphasizing the importance of **goal setting** and **growth targets**.
- Build and maintain business plans to support aggressive clinic growth.
- Foster a positive clinic culture, ensuring an outstanding experience for patients, physicians, and staff.
- Actively engage in the local community, participating in health events and supporting fundraisers.
**Qualifications**:
- Registered Physiotherapist with a **clinical designation**.
- Minimum **3-5 years of experience** in physiotherapy, with a strong track record of **mentorship** and **clinical leadership**.
- Passion for business development and driving clinic success.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with a hands-on approach to patient care.

We provide treatment for a variety of conditions, including arthritis, carpal tunnel syndrome, concussions, dizziness and balance issues, frozen shoulder, hand and wrist pain, knee pain, low back pain, muscle sprains and strains, neck pain, post-surgery rehabilitation, rotator cuff injuries, shoulder pain, and sports injuries.
