Lifemark is seeking a passionate and community-focused Clinic Director for our Lifemark Sturgeon clinic. This clean, bright rehabilitation centre is located in the heart of St. Albert and has many opportunities to collaborate with the neighboring Sturgeon Medical Centre offering diagnostic imaging, woman's health and upper limb surgeons. The clinic has easy access to major routes for easy commute, and designated underground staff parking. A high earning potential with a great opportunity to work alongside an experienced interdisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-3 years clinical experience, and a passion for supporting staff through mentorship, education and professional development. What You Bring: Full registration and good standing as a regulated health professional with the College of Physiotherapists of Alberta. Minimum of 1 to 3 years of progressive clinical experience, with demonstrated leadership skills within a healthcare or clinical setting. A proven ability to inspire and develop teams, drive operational efficiency, and foster a patient-centric culture. Exceptional communication skills and a passion for community engagement.
