Zup's Fishing Resort and Canoe Outfitters is located between the Ontario, Canada/ Minnesota, USA border, and is Located on a private Island on the Canadian side of a lake called Lac La Croix. Lac La Croix is surrounded by two million acres of wilderness areas, The Boundary Waters Canoe Area, and the Quetico Provincial Park. Spend your summer Island style, off the grid, with all the amenities of home. We provided staff housing, and have a fabulous chef who will prepare all your meals. Spend your time off fishing, swimming, boating, canoeing, and exploring this incredible wilderness area.

At Zup's, Customer Service is our TOP priority. We offer resort packages and canoe packages through our lodge for our guests. As a dock hand your duties include a lot of one on one time with our guests getting their boats ready, helping them around the dock area, cleaning fish, and general resort maintenance are a handful of examples of the duties that dock hands are responsible for. Our season is from (ice out) May until the end of September.
