We are actively seeking a **Studies’ Planning Coordinator **to join our team as we continue to expand our reach and services.

The Study Coordinator has a key position to organize the studies within the company.

The role is to assure the schedules are accurate and the resources are available.

**Job Summary**
- Ensure the preparation of study scheduled tentative and confirmed based on request for proposals from the business development group.
- Liaise with Toxicology Operation group to assess availability of resources for the conduct of studies.
- Verify feasibility of technical work that is requested by Sponsor.
- Maintain and update the technical workload sheet for Toxicology Operation Department.
- Monitor the workload level in all other Lab Service Departments.
- Maintain adequate inventory and ensure accuracy of resources within MS project management software.
- Update and improve the system in collaboration with the operation group and MIS departments.
- Maintain and update the various planning tools including: Room allocation,Cage inventory, Pump inventory, Others
- Keep an up to date inventory of the spare colonies.
- Alert management to any potential resource shortages.
- Perform other related duties as required.

**Required Qualifications**

D.E.C. in Animal Health Technology or in a related scientific field or relevant experience,

Extensive experience of scheduling, word processing and computerized data management systems.

The person is able to communicate with people that are involved in the decision circle for conduction of studies.

Also bring ideas and suggestions to improve systems that are in place.

**This position offers**:
Permanent full-time job, 37.5 hours / week.
