Reporting to the Manager of Digital Content Production, the Digital Studio Coordinator will execute the workflow for digital product photography by preparing products for shoots, setting the environment, taking the photo and/or assisting the photographer taking the photo while ensuring the style guide and standards are met.

**Digital Studio Coordinator, Role Highlights**:

- Prepare merchandise line-up for photoshoots (unpacking, repacking, steaming, setting etc.)
- Prepare a shot list and maintain efficient product flow
- Dress and position mannequins with apparel and accessories
- Set up and take down sets as necessary
- Maintain photo equipment and keep the studio organized
- Shoot the product photo and/or assist the photographer on set with the shoot
- Set or assist with production (lighting/camera setup)
- Rearrange product to shoot multiple angles if required
- Ensure all product is consistent with brand standards across all departments
- Label and save and send images for post-production
- Properly receive samples ensure products are labelled complete and accurately
- Verify the sample is in good condition for photography
- Unpack/Repack samples as necessary
- Keep track of samples scheduled for a shoot and properly return/discard the sample when photography activities are complete

**Digital Studio Coordinator, Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma and/or equivalent experience with strong preference for creative and applied digital photography, marketing, and production
- 1+ years professional experience in a coordinator position and/ studio based production preferred
- Technically proficient in Microsoft Office & Adobe Photoshop
- Retail fashion and photography experience is a strong asset
- Experience with CaptureOne is an asset
- Strong sense of urgency, ability to prioritize and work within tight deadlines
