**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE**:

- Establish effective working relationships with external customers
- Educate customers on best practices to identify, eliminate and solve pest problems.
- Sales Duties including the acquisition of New Clients and Product Sales
- Keep abreast of Greenshield product/ service offerings and industry conditions, to enhance service and sales of pest prevention/ elimination solutions.
- Use technology to manage structural, sanitation, and pest issues.
- Manage and administer the day to day schedule for an established route and one-time sales. Work with Office Administrator to schedule clients within an expected timeframe.
- Maintain flexibility to adjust your day to assist customers in around-the-clock, multi-tasking, fast-paced environment
- Ensure proper care of Greenshield capital including vehicle, tools, and service materials
- Use Integrated Pest Management in all aspects of service
- Collect Payment from Customers in various methods
- Assist other technicians in large projects
- Provide 24/7 emergency response for 1 week within Tech rotation
- Collecting and Maintaining potential customer database
- Travel as needed throughout Greenshield Service areas
- Other duties as needed.

Minimum Qualifications Required
- An understanding of the Pest Control Industry and Products -Training Provided
- Able to lift 40lbs
- Valid drivers license
- Ability to use various tools effectively
- Ability to Pass Structural Exterminators license from the MOE -Training Provided
- Other Pest Control Licenses are beneficial

Seasonal Employment Early April to September

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: On the road
