**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement strategies to increase membership engagement and retention.
- Organize events, workshops, and activities that promote networking and professional development among members.
- Maintain accurate records of membership data, including renewals, new sign-ups, and member communications.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for member inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials that highlight membership benefits.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to continually enhance the value of membership offerings.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in membership organizations or community engagement is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using membership management software or CRM systems is a plus.

Pay: $35.00-$47.69 per hour

Expected hours: 41 per week
