**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in transport, logistics and Supply chain.
- Experience in customer service.
- Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes.
- Excellent Computer Skills Microsoft office.
- Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive Attitude and A team Player.
- Working knowledge of logistics software
- ClearD, on time 360, fleet complete, Salus is an added advantage.
- MUST be eligible to work in Canada.

**Below are some of the Duties and Responsibilities**
- Routing, Dispatching, and timing of Deliveries Orders.
- Provide assistances in Receiving, Scanning, Loading, and offloading of trailers.
- Maintain contact with Home Delivery Team on the road.
- Daily Monitor of Shipment Received for planning.
- Scheduling trucks and Home Delivery Teams.
- Monitoring daily loads.
- Print and Maintain stock of all the forms required by home Delivery team.
- Producing Run Sheets.
- Call customers regarding deliveries.
- Update late route sheets.
- Coordinator with admin Shipping and Receiving, to manage the flow of operations.
- Coordinator daily Picking/Staging Orders and Loading Trucks.
- Make all ferry reservation for home delivery team.
