Acculift is looking for an aggressive, problem-solving salesperson to sell our top-quality Overhead Cranes and related lifting equipment. If you are motivated and want a place to grow and advance, we want to hear from you.

As a Field Sales Representative, you will meet with existing and new clients to understand their business and requirements. You will learn about a wide variety of industries and what drives their success.

Frequent travel throughout the sales territory (MB) will be required. You will be held accountable for meeting all sales metrics and developing new accounts.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop new sales opportunities by using your social and business networking skills
- Identify opportunities that will add value for our clients
- Build and maintain client relationships by working in a professional and ethical manner
- Increase market share and grow sales in your region

**Requirements**:

- A desire to help others and make a difference in their lives
- Strong drive and determination
- Professional presence
- Technical or production-based background
- Commitment to training and continuous improvement
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Attend installations and service calls for a limited period to gain industry and product knowledge
- Work out of our Winnipeg branch
