**SCALE HOSPITALITY** is currently hiring a **SUPERVISOR** to join our team

**SCALE HOSPITALITY** is based in Toronto and has a wide-range of unique restaurant and bar concepts in it’s portfolio. The company behind Shook, Lapinou, Wheatsheaf Tavern, The Fortunate Fox, Miller Taverns, GG’s Burgers, Toronto Beach Club and many more new ventures.

The **SUPERVISOR** is an integral contributor to the overall success of the restaurant and is responsible for leading all team members. The **SUPERVISOR** is responsible for managing the day-to-day store operations, maintaining high standards and conditions, and fostering a positive work environment.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required**
- Exceptional guest service orientation
- Must possess a strong attention to detail
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks with an appropriate sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to absorb and retain information quickly
- Proven problem-solving abilities
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Must possess strong leadership skills, with demonstrated ability to build relationships and manage staff
- Ability to motivate and manage staff
- High personal integrity, professionalism, and maturity
- Excellent math, reading, writing and communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- A genuine interest and understanding of food and drink
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to understand and respond to individual guests needs and requirements
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Outgoing personality and genuine passion for the art of hospitality
- Ability to think on your feet under pressure, whilst maintaining a positive outlook and attention to detail
- Able to organize time effectively, forward plan and prioritize tasks to ensure workload is balanced and urgent situations are dealt with immediately
- A natural ability and confidence to sell / promote
- Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Basic math / financial calculations
