As a Service Advisor at Bill Howich Chrysler, you will be the vital link between our customers and our service team. You will be responsible for managing customer repair orders, service inquiries, coordinating service appointments, and ensuring that all customer needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Listen to customer concerns and suggest service needs.
- Provide accurate estimates and explain the recommended services and repairs.
- Schedule and manage service appointments to optimize workflow.
- Communicate effectively with technicians and customers to ensure clarity on service status and repairs.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs.
- Maintain detailed records of service activities and customer interactions.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and effective manner.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing role. Automotive experience is an asset, but is not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to understand and explain technical information to customers.
- Proficient in using computer systems.

Pay: $4,500.00-$7,000.00 per month
