**Qualifications**:

- 5 years experience in manufacturing/mechanical assembly required
- Competent in understanding blueprints
- Knowledge of welding
- Understanding of how to assemble a bearing block
- Understanding of gearbox operational basics
- Strong organizational and leading skills
