We are seeking a skilled and proactive Site Coordinator to help us maintain our reputation for excellence by managing site operations and stepping in hands-on when required.

**Position Summary**

The Site Coordinator is a critical role responsible for managing job site logistics, delivery readiness, installation scheduling, and on-site troubleshooting. This role requires a blend of coordination and carpentry experience—ideal for someone who is as comfortable with a project plan as they are with a level or drill. You’ll serve as the on-site face of Ceanesse, ensuring quality, schedule, and professionalism are upheld every step of the way.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and oversee cabinetry delivery and installation schedules for multiple active job sites
- Serve as the primary on-site contact for builders, installers, and clients
- Inspect job sites to verify readiness, resolve access or prep issues, and ensure site cleanliness
- Identify and resolve minor installation issues on-site (adjustments, touch-ups, hardware fixes)
- Perform small-scale installations or cabinetry adjustments when needed
- Conduct quality assurance inspections to ensure completed work meets Ceanesse standards
- Track job progress and report updates, changes, and deficiencies to Project Managers
- Maintain strong documentation and communication across all stakeholders
- Help identify and implement workflow or process improvements across site operations

**Qualifications**
- 3+ years of experience in cabinetry, millwork installation, or residential construction
- Strong working knowledge of cabinetry and finishing standards
- Proficient in the safe use of hand and power tools
- Able to complete minor cabinetry fixes, hardware installs, and finishing touch-ups independently
- Excellent problem-solving and site coordination skills
- Able to read blueprints and shop drawings
- Valid driver’s license

Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
