**Position Overview**: As an experienced Freight Broker at Paige Logistics Ltd, you will leverage your existing book of business, your network and industry knowledge to drive new and existing business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships. You will be responsible for managing the full cycle of freight brokerage, from sourcing carriers to managing shipments and ensuring timely deliveries. We’re looking for someone who is proactive, has a deep understanding of the freight industry, and is passionate about providing outstanding service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain a strong book of business by building relationships with shippers and carriers.
- Negotiate pricing and contracts with both carriers and customers to achieve profitability and service excellence.
- Coordinate and manage logistics and transportation for shipments, ensuring timely deliveries.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the transportation process, keeping clients and carriers informed.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and carriers, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Keep detailed records of all transactions, shipments, and communications.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory changes.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in freight brokerage with a proven track record of success.
- A strong book of business with established relationships within the freight and transportation industry.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a sometimes fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of basic logistics software and transportation management systems is a plus.
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic.

**Job Type**: Commission

Pay: Up to $124,800.00 per year

Additional pay:
