**Company Description**

The Stitchery is a combined fabric & haberdashery store with sewing studio where we strive to educate, resource and inspire sewers, quilters and crafters.

**Role Description**

This is a part-time on-site role for a Sales Team Leader / Store Manager at The Stitchery Studio. You will be responsible for managing and motivating the sales team, providing excellent customer service, analyzing sales data, communicating with customers, and driving sales initiatives.

**Qualifications**
- Analytical Skills and Team Management abilities
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
- Sales expertise
- Experience in leading a sales team
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Previous experience in a retail or sales environment
- Sewing or quilting skills are preferred, or we would like to see you express a passion to learn these skills.

**Location**:
The Stitchery is located in the heart of Port Moody surrounded by other small businesses, restaurants, park and cafes.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 30 per week
