**Sales Associate - Forest of Flowers (Masonville Location)**

Do you have a natural flair for customer service and a creative eye for design? Forest of Flowers is looking for a **friendly, energetic, and motivated Part Time Sales Associate** to join our team at our Fanshawe Park Road E location (beside Beer Town).

We’re seeking someone who thrives in a busy retail environment, loves connecting with people, and takes pride in creating a welcoming and inspiring shopping experience. A passion for flowers and design is an asset, but your enthusiasm for learning and delivering exceptional service is what matters most.

**Availability**
Shifts will include weekdays and weekends:

- Monday-Friday: 9am-6pm
- Saturday: 9am-5pm
- Sunday: 11am-4pm
- Overtime hours available at floral holidays.

**What You’ll Do**
- Greet and assist customers with warmth and professionalism, making every visit a positive experience
- Enter customer orders quickly and accurately into our POS system
- Support retail sales efforts and help drive store success
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment
- Maintain clean, organized, and beautifully merchandised displays
- Process fresh floral products and assist with simple design work (training provided)

**What We’re Looking For**
- Previous retail sales experience (required)
- Confidence using POS systems and computers
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills - you love working with people
- Sales-driven, detail-oriented, and focused on customer care
- Positive, problem-solving attitude with a willingness to learn
- Floral design experience is a plus, but not required - training will be provided for basic design skills (e.g., bouquets, rose wraps)
- Professional, dependable, and enthusiastic team player
- Must be willing to work at another location upon occassion

**Physical Requirements**
- Ability to lift and carry 25-40 lbs
- Comfortable standing for up to 8 hours
- Repetitive use of hands (e.g., floral design, register use)
- Exposure to pollen and floral materials
