This is an outstanding full-time opportunity to join our growing team in our office in **Burlington**. As a market leader in compliance based, workplace health and safety training, we are looking for motivated individuals to help us forge ahead and achieve new heights.

**So, what is it that we do?**

Safetyhub is a digital platform which assists organizations with their safety training compliance. Safetyhub is full of engaging video training content, and also contains an intuitive safety training learning management system (LMS). Organizations use Safetyhub to supercharge their existing LMS with amazing video content or use Safetyhub's built in LMS to easily roll out safety training to their staff.

Safetyhub is offered as a yearly subscription to our clients and our renewal rate is extremely high.

All our sales happen over the phone, but we are definitely not a call center We believe (and it has been proven) that nothing closes a sale of a workplace digital platform like a person-to-person call. Our inside sales team is an ‘account management’ style sales force focusing on new business, retention, and support.

**What we need from you**:

- Ideally, have a background in B2B sales and willing to learn more
- Outstanding work ethic
- Great communication skills
- Problem solving skills
- Great time management skills
- Positive Attitude
- Proactive approach
- Experience in customer service is beneficial
- Experience in outbound sales a plus

Establishing new business will be a priority. You will be resourceful in prospecting new clients. You will also be managing existing subscribers, providing support, and building & maintaining positive business relationships with your clients.
