**What You Will Do**

As a key member of the health records team, you’ll help ensure the accuracy, security, and accessibility of patient information—supporting high-quality care behind the scenes. Your attention to detail and organization will help keep records processing running smoothly and efficiently.

**Your Day to Day**

As a Health Records Clerk, you will:
- Retrieve patient charts from units and prepare documents for electronic scanning.- Scan, index, and verify records using computerized scanning software.-
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, storing records, and lifting boxes as needed.- Retrieve archived patient records upon request.- Track and calculate departmental statistics.- Provide reception coverage and general clerical support for the department.
