**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Perform exterior window cleaning on high rise buildings using specialized equipment and techniques
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times, including the use of personal protective equipment and fall protection systems
- Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to coordinate work activities
- Complete assigned tasks within established timelines and quality standards
- Identify and report any safety hazards or maintenance issues to management

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in high rise window cleaning or related field
- Familiarity with industry safety standards and practices
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- IRATA or SPRAT 1-3
