**Summary**:
CROSSMARK is a leading sales and marketing services company and is currently hiring a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our team in recruiting exceptional team members for our growing organization. In this role, you will be responsible for all steps associated with the identification and placement of full-time and part-time team members. This hybrid role includes an in-office work environment as well as the ability to work-from-home.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Manage full cycle recruitment process, including conducting resume screening, recruiter interviews, scheduling hiring manager interviews, completing reference checks, offer and onboarding process.
- Manage social media job posts and sponsored ads on online job boards.
- Partner with hiring managers to meet staffing goals collaboratively and effectively.
- Other job-related functions as required.

**Qualifications / Requirements**:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience: 1-2 years’ recruiting experience, within a high-volume agency or retail setting.
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong time management and problem-solving abilities
- Possess drive, passion, and the ability to be self-motivated to deliver results.
- High collaboration, engagement, and customer service focus
- Sound knowledge of applicable Canadian legislation
- Bilingualism (English/French) required.

**Accommodations**

Salary Starting at: 55,000-60,000 CAD/Yearly
