**Job description**

**Employee Type**: Full Time, 30-40 hrs weekly
**Required Education**: High School Diploma

**Prerequisites**:

- Minimum 1 year of cannabis processing experience
- 2 years in a lead/supervisory role
- 2 years of production line experience

**Primary Responsibilities**:
1. Providing active supervision of personnel

2. Responsible for completing all production paperwork

3. Responsible for line hourly line quotas

4. Ensure continuous quality checks during production with proper lot coding

5. Ensuring all Safety, Standard Operating Processes, and GMP's are followed

6. Working with flowered cannabis in our designated clean room, weighing, pre roll twisting, labelling etc.

**Skill Requirement**:
1.Ability to work un-supervised and in a fast paced environment

2. Strong communication and leadership skills

3. Frequent sitting/standing and ability to lift up to 30lbs

4. Must be able to do basic mathematics

5. Strong sense of attention to detail and good organizational skills
