Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.

Introduction: Robertson is seeking a skilled IT Data Specialist to join our client.

Contract Dates: 6 months with potential to extend or convert
Pay Range: $76.86 to $87.55 per hour
Business Hours: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)

Job Responsibilities:

- Develop, adopt, and evolve best-in-class reporting and BI capabilities while delivering ad-hoc projects as needed
- Lead initiatives aligned with overall business strategy, conducting analyses to enhance BI for management at various levels
- Create comprehensive BI reporting packages and dashboards using data infrastructure, localized datamarts, and external sources
- Serve as a primary consultant for technical solutions, offering expertise in research, analysis, design, and software support
- Track and manage KPIs, KRIs, operational metrics, and OKRs to foster a data-driven culture and achieve organizational goals

Experience & Qualification Requirements:

- IT Risk Specialist with relevant experience in governance, risk, and compliance management within regulated industries
- IT governance experience in information security and controls risk frameworks (i.e., ITIL, NIST, COBIT)
- Knowledge and experience with various lifecycle methodologies / frameworks, i.e., Agile, Project Management, IT Processes, Risk Management frameworks and process / operations
- GRC background and tools (e.g. RSA Archer, Open Pages, etc.)
- Familiarity with BI technologies (e.g. Power BI)
- Experience with various programing, data transformation, and database technologies (e.g. MS Access and SQL Queries, Python, Azure, Data Analytics, Power Suite, Advanced Excel)
- CRISC and/or CISSP certification or equivalent experience.
