We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Reliability Facilitator **to join our dynamic team in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role as an owner’s engineer working closely with our client and engineering consultant to develop performance, reliability, and maintenance programs for potash processing and material handling equipment. This position is hybrid (home with occasional office and site visits) and involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders, project team members, and external engineering consultants.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement reliability programs to enhance equipment performance and reduce downtime.
- Develop root cause analysis procedures and implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize asset performance and improve overall reliability, while ensuring seamless integration of new equipment and technologies.
- Work closely with maintenance teams to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Engage with internal teams, including operations, production, and safety, to understand their needs and incorporate them into maintenance strategies.
- Coordinate with external engineering consultants.
- Review and assess external engineering reports and recommendations, providing feedback and guidance as needed.
- Utilize data analytics tools to monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop reporting systems on maintenance KPIs and reliability metrics.
- Develop FMEA/RCM methodologies and provide insight into the results.

**Salary**: Open to wage negotiations based on experience and qualifications.

**Requirements**:

- 10 to 15 years of experience, a preference that the individual has operational experience in potash.
- RCM/FMEA training or certifications, as well as demonstrating practical knowledge in the use of these methodologies
- Characteristics: Excellent Facilitator, Confident, Knowledgeable, Energetic.
- Talks about reliability theory with ease.
- Understand how machines work.
- Mechanical engineer (preferred) and/or mechanical trade.
- P.Eng, is an asset.
