ROI’s core areas of expertise include industry and market analysis, lead generation, digital marketing, business retention and expansion (BR&E), representation services, and customized training covering best practices in modern foreign direct investment (FDI) and investment attraction.

**OVERVIEW**

**YOU WILL (RESPONSIBILITIES)**
- Qualify prospects, gauge interest in our clients’ region, and schedule information sessions.
- Log and update relevant information in our customer database, according to your research and outbound efforts
- Create company profiles for clients based on conversations with prospects
- Manage a team of Economic Development Associates for specific client projects
- Serve as single-point-of-contact for assigned clients, taking responsibility for program launch process, client communication plan including regular status calls and reporting, quality control, achieving objectives and producing a final report
- Collaborate and work within a team environment

**YOU HAVE (REQUIREMENTS & CORE COMPETENCIES)**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business or equivalent.
- 1+ years in **project management**
- Self-motivated, confident, highly energetic, and works well in both an independent setting and a team environment.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas, clearly and professionally in writing and orally.
- Commitment to quality and excellence in client service.
- Comfortable with meeting targets and KPI delivery.
- Effective time-management skills.
