Proud to be a part of the Intercontinental Hotels Group family, The Holiday Inn Vancouver Centre on 711 West Broadway is a 197 room hotel located in the heart of Vancouver, British Columbia. We are currently recruiting for a dynamic individual to fill the position of a full-time housekeeper / room attendant.

**Job Description**:
Room Attendant's responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

- Dust furniture
- Vacuum carpeting, draperies and upholstered furniture
- Change sheets and stage beds
- Stock clean towels and toiletries
- Stock linen closet
- Follow IHG 5-S cleaning program
- Pick up and empty trash containers
- Clean windows, walls and ceilings
- Clean bathroom and showers
- Keeping surrounding areas such as hallways, service areas and linen closets clean and tid
- Handle and report lost and found items
- Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items
- Provide guests with basic information on facilities
- Keep your supervisor updated on room service progress and alert them to any repairs needed.
- May assist with other duties as assigned

Working hours:
5 days schedule, must be available 7 days a week as you could be assigned for weekends of week days. Work hours are generally 8am to 4:30pm daily, may change slightly during weekends and holidays. (no overnight shift required)

**Salary**: $16.31-$21.75 per hour
