**Your role as an Integration Consultant**:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented UKG Integration Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a key role in integrating and optimizing UKG Pro WFM (UKG Dimensions) systems, leveraging Dell Boomi, Oracle, and SQL Server workflows, and ensuring smooth operation across our clients' environments. The Integration specialist will also work with the rest of the Integration team to performs the critical role of helping WorkJam Customers (internal and external) realize their expectations in functionality & value within the Platform by integrating external and internal data into the system. The specialist will also assist in building ad-hoc and standardized integrations or data flows within WorkJam Composer.

**What you'll be doing**:

- **Develop & Maintain Workflows**:

- Build, maintain, and troubleshoot Dell Boomi workflows for UKG Pro WFM (UKG Dimensions).
- Develop and manage Oracle and SQL Server WIMS workflows for UKG Pro WFM (Workforce Central).
- Work with CRT Tables in UKG Pro WFM for data management and system configurations.
- **Environment Configuration & Deployment**:

- Manage and maintain deployment processes for UKG Pro WFM templates and iPacks.
- **API & ETL Management**:

- Work with API payloads and responses for integrations and troubleshooting.
- Analyze requirements and build data ETL processes that integrate seamlessly with UKG Pro WFM.
- **Technical Design & Documentation**:

- Create detailed functional and technical design strategies for UKG Pro WFM ETLs, test plans, and test cases.
- Prepare comprehensive user training documents and implementation documentation.
- **Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving**:

- Provide in-depth troubleshooting and resolution for complex UKG Pro WFM workflow issues.
- Conduct root cause analysis and develop long-term resolutions to minimize production issues.
- **Communication and Collaboration**:

- Work directly with the customer’s project team to understand their business needs and translate those business needs into a systems configuration specification providing clients with a clear picture of how the software will solve their business needs.
- Work with WorkJam Technology partners and implementation partners.
- Possess excellent consultative and communication skills with the ability to identify opportunities for critical process improvement that leverage our standard processes.
- Provide WorkJam consulting expertise utilizing industry experience, business analysis, best practices and a pragmatic mindset to facilitate clients most complex requirements.

**What we're looking for**:

- **Required Skills & Experience**:

- Extensive experience building and maintaining Dell Boomi workflows for UKG Pro WFM (UKG Dimensions).
- Strong background in developing Oracle and SQL Server WIMS workflows for UKG Pro WFM (Workforce Central).
- Proficient in working with CRT Tables and other UKG Pro WFM data management tools.
- In-depth knowledge of UKG Pro WFM environment configurations, deployment processes, and template management.
- Hands-on experience with API payloads, responses, and integrating data via ETLs.
- Demonstrated ability to design and document technical solutions, test plans, and implementation strategies.
- Proven experience in conducting root cause analysis and resolving complex technical issues.
- **Preferred Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with UKG Pro deployment processes, including iPack configurations.
- Experience in third-party workflow troubleshooting and support.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

This role requires strong English skills to interact with global colleagues outside Quebec. Proficiency in both spoken and written English is essential.
