This is a fast-paced, high-energy, guest-focused role where you’re helping people step into other worlds — literally. You’ll guide players through their virtual journey from check-in to check-out, help them troubleshoot headsets, and make sure everything stays clean, charged, and ready for the next wave of adventurers. We’re a tight team. We work together, cover for each other, and keep things running smoothly no matter how wild the Saturday afternoon rush gets.
