**General Labourer - Asphalt Maintenance Crew**

**Location**: Based in Collingwood, ON

**Job Type**: Full-Time (Seasonal with potential for year-round work)
**Wage**: $25-$35/hour (depending on experience and role)

**Company Overview**:
Eager Beaver Services is a trusted name in pavement maintenance across Southern Ontario. We provide driveway sealing, asphalt patching, crack repair, line painting, and slurry sealing for both residential and commercial clients. We're currently seeking reliable General Laborer's to join our field crew for the busy season.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with sealing driveways, asphalt patching, crack repair, line painting, and slurry sealing
- Load and unload equipment and materials daily
- Set up and maintain clean job sites
- Follow safety guidelines and crew instructions
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Complete tasks efficiently and as part of a team

**Qualifications**:

- Must be physically fit and able to perform manual labor for extended periods
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Able to work in outdoor environments including heat and sun exposure
- Comfortable with early mornings and long days during peak season
- Punctual, dependable, and hard-working
- Experience in construction, landscaping, or asphalt work is an asset but not required
- **Valid driver’s license necessary**

**Additional Details**:

- Seasonal work (Spring-Fall), with potential for year-round compensation
- Team-based work environment with opportunities for advancement
- Meet daily at our **yard in Collingwood** before traveling to job sites

**Compensation**:

- **$25/hour** for entry-level laborer's
- **Up to $35/hour** for experienced crew leads or high-performing team members
- Weekly pay

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week

**Experience**:

- labour: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- english (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Drivers License G (required)

**Location**:

- Collingwood, ON L9Y 4V6 (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
