With decades of experience in delivering high-quality projects, we are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated **Construction Site Supervisor** with a background in healthcare construction to join our growing team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of healthcare construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, subcontractors, and healthcare facility staff to ensure smooth project execution.
- Coordinate and supervise all on-site activities, including the management of subcontractors, deliveries, and inspections.
- Monitor project progress and maintain detailed reports, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
- Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols and other healthcare-specific requirements.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise on-site, providing timely solutions to keep the project on track.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure all work is performed to high standards and in compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, healthcare professionals, and project teams.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a site supervisor, specifically in healthcare construction.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare facility requirements, infection control protocols, and construction safety standards.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple subcontractors and trades.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with daily use of software including Outlook, Office and Procore.
- Certification in Construction Safety, WHMIS, Working at Heights, CSA IPAC and First Aid (or willingness to obtain).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while ensuring attention to detail.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- 5 Years Experience with complex renovations in operational healthcare environments.
- Proficiency in construction management software.
- Certifications in infection control or related healthcare-specific construction protocols.

Pay: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
