In addition, Mobile Guards earn competitive pay in the security industry (depending on exp. and other factors). **Job Requirements**: - ** Valid Alberta Security License** (required). - ** Valid Class 5 Full Driver’s License** with a **clean driver’s abstract** (required). - ** Preferably six months of mobile security guard experience**. - Strong command of the **English language** (verbal and written). - ** Exceptional customer service skills**, with prior experience considered a strong asset. - A professional approach to security, demonstrating **discipline, honesty, and ethics.**: - Ability to **follow procedures and set routines effectively.**: - ** CPR certification** is an asset. - Flexible availability, including days and nights. **Duties and responsibilities including but not limited to**: - Conduct mobile as well as foot patrols to deter unauthorized activity. - Ensure that site-specific operational procedures are followed. - Complete assigned tasks in an efficient and professional manner. - Ensure accurate and timely **incident reporting.**: - Communicate regularly with the Operations regarding security updates. - Exercise good judgment and **make critical decisions** that benefit customers and property. - Act as a key member of the security team and contribute to customer success.
