We are currently looking for a Sales Manager to join our Kindersley team. Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead all client-facing activity at Country 104 and West Central Online.

**The Role**
- Lead a team of Account Managers. You will communicate clear objectives, track performance, and coach your team to success.
- Review sales activity and identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide sales forecasts and build plans that lead your team to reach revenue targets.
- Hire and train new Account Managers when needed.
- You will also develop your own client relationships, identify their needs and present solutions to address those needs.
- Oversee local sales budgets in conjunction with the Regional Manager
- You have a proven track record in business-to-business sales.
- You are a leader and a coach.
- You are driven by success and eager to help local businesses reach their goals.
- You are proactive, always looking for new opportunities.
- You are an enthusiastic team player, highly organized, and self-motivated.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Outside Sales: 3 years (preferred)
- Leadership: 1 year (preferred)
