**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the steel structure welding market.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for welding products.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to provide tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Two or more years of experience in sales or business development within the welding or steel structure industry.
- Proven track record in selling complex welding products and solutions.
- Strong communication skills (listening, verbal, and written) with high emotional intelligence.
- Proficiency in sales and marketing techniques.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility to travel to domestic and international customer sites as needed.

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Additional Pay**:

- Bonus pay
