We are currently looking for one (1) Heavy Equipment Operator to help us with building construction.

**Job Summary**:The Heavy Equipment Operator will be assigned duties by the Construction Manager, using a Track Hoe. Working in Southern Saskatchewan near Estevan, on 10 days on and 4 day off (10-4) rotation. Project duration is approximately three (3) months with the possibility of extension. Living out Allowance (LOA) and Travel to be confirmed nearer the start date of late September.

**Scope of Responsibilities**:

- Complete job hazard assessment and put mitigation strategies into place on a task-by-task basis.
- Take direction and perform tasks with minimum supervision.
- Safe rigging and hoisting of components into position utilizing manual hoisting devices, cranes, and other mobile equipment.
- Determine materials required for each job, and able to effectively plan task sequence.
- Follow all safety requirements and report any unsafe working conditions according to Company.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 4 years’ experience in an industrial/construction work environment, as a Heavy Equipment Operator, with no down time hrs.
- Registered - Heavy Equipment Operator
- Safety Certification Required:

- WHMIS 2015
- Ground Disturbance Training
- Telehandler
- Ariel Work Platform (AWP)/Scissor Lifting
- CSE
- Confined Space Training
- Skid Steer Training
- CSTS
- Fall Protection

**Working Environment**:

- This position works in an industrial mine site setting
