A2SKI Industrial is searching for dedicated and experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to join our team that operates in Northern Saskatchewan including Prince Albert and at the McIlvenna Bay mine site. As the Heavy Equipment Operator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the responsible for the efficient and safe operation of machinery and equipment in a manufacturing or production environment. This role involves monitoring processes, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that production goals are met while adhering to safety and quality standards.

**Responsibilities**
- Operate and monitor machinery and equipment, ensuring proper functioning.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment to minimize downtime
- Always follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of production data, equipment performance, and safety incidents.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and improve processes.
- Report any malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Participate in training sessions and maintain certifications as required.

**Qualifications**

As the HEO, you will bring:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
- A clean and valid drivers license -An abstract is required.
- A1 drivers license would be an asset.
- Current and valid Heavy Equipment Operator certification
- Previous experience in industrial setting is a plus.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.

**Role Criteria**
- Drug and Alcohol Screening
- Safety certificates (SCOT, First Aid, etc.)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
