Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Sweeping and mopping floors daily
- Ensure spaces are prepared by taking out trash, tidying and cleaning required surfaces
- Undertake tasks such as cleaning the compressor room, cleaning out tracks, etc.
- Other shop cleaning duties as assigned

Essential Qualifications:

- Proven experience as custodian, janitor or in a similar role
- Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain high levels of productivity without direct supervision
- Able to lift about 50lbs
- Safety and results oriented
