We meticulously prepare everything from plated dinners to catering boxes and high-profile events. As part of Compass Group Canada, we also provide national support, growth opportunities, and access to a network of culinary professionals.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare, cook, and plate food according to recipes and presentation standards
- Execute prep for catering boxes, plated meals, buffets, and live stations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen environment
- Support kitchen operations and collaborate closely with chefs and teammates
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation procedures at all times

**Who You Are**
- 1-2 years of professional kitchen experience (catering or high-volume experience is a plus)
- Strong knife skills and understanding of culinary techniques
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Comfortable working flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends

**Compensation & Benefits**
- Hourly wage: $22.00-$26.00, based on experience
- Overtime pay
- Staff meal program
