The duties associated with this position are as follows, but not limited to; day to day operations of clinic, trouble shooting, provide onsite leadership for the team to succeed in their duties, monitor the clinic flow and identify problems and opportunities for improvement. Strong ophthalmic technician and computer skills. Work with management to identify equipment and facility needs and assist with resources. Assists with training of staff to ensure clinic compliance with health regulations and standards. Perform staff scheduling and triaging of referrals.

This is a one year contract position possibly leading to permanent full time.

Education: Post Secondary education in ophthalmology/healthcare industry, medical lab technician certificate, medical administrative roles.

Professional Experience: 5 years practical experience within an ophthalmology setting **required**. Computer knowledge: word,excel, EMR.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
