**IT Infrastructure Specialist**

The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring compliance to all Corcym quality policies and procedures as well as external regulations and standards as applicable: FDA (21 CFR Part 820 and ISO 9001/13485. Primary focus shall be on ensuring compliance to procedures, review changes and manage containment of non-conformances and corrective and preventive actions. The incumbent will work in conjunction with Process Engineering to support Risk Analysis and Validations (Process, Test Methods, Software), and provide support for current manufacturing processes, and product outcomes.

**Summary**:
The IT Infrastructure Specialist will support design, installation, maintenance, and retirement of the IT infrastructure components. The IT Infrastructure Specialist is responsible for performing all operational processes and procedures, ensuring that all IT services and infrastructure meet operational targets. The Corporate IT Engineer runs and monitors infrastructure components. Develop good working relationships with both business and technology team members as well as the management team;
**Key Responsibilities**:
Support in the implement of IT Infrastructure strategy, architecture and standards including systems and storage, voice and data network, systems management, virtual server technology and cloud computing to ensure effective operations.
- Monitors the achievement of the agreed services level
- Reports on the performance of service components
- Maintains operational logs and journals, including monitoring data
- Maintains all operational knowledge bases
- Executes administration and maintenance of IT infrastructure systems
- Liaises with external and internal technical experts
- Monitors system tuning

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

- Consolidated experience in the Role
- Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills.
- Good communication (oral and written) and attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies.
- Good experience administering/coordinating two or more of the following technologies:

- IAAS Technologies (AWS, Azure)
- Microsoft 365/Office 365 Platform
- Networking Technologies (Routing/Switching/SD-WAN)
- Firewall administration (Fortinet)
- Voice administration
- Virtual Infrastructure (VMware)

Backup Solution (Commvault, Barracuda)

Education Requirement: Bachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent experience in Information Technology.
