**IT Risk and Production Manager**:
The Global Risk, Control, and Production (RCP) department is responsible for steering IT Risks & Production activities across the company. Our key missions include:

- Defining, consolidating, and steering production indicators (KSIs, SLAs, etc.).
- Ensuring consistency of production practices and tools and fostering communities of practice.
- Deploying and steering IT Risk Management processes, aligned with operational and cybersecurity risk policies.
- Managing transversal Production transformation projects.

**Job Summary**:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Risk and Production Manager to join our dynamic RCP team. In this role, you will be a key point of contact between central RCP, unit RCP teams, and various tribes, facilitating the consistent implementation of best practices in alignment with strategic objectives. You will contribute to enhancing production quality, driving improvements, and implementing practices across the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with teams to maintain high production quality.
- Track and drive GTS KPIs related to production.
- Manage crises, escalating to management when necessary.
- Serve as a primary liaison between central RPM, unit RPM teams, and tribes, promoting consistent practice implementation.
- Provide guidance, drive improvements, and identify practices for adoption across Chapters.
- Report monthly to management on production/change quality (KPIs and feedback).
- Propose improvement ideas and encourage team innovation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and legal requirements1.
- Identify and analyze potential risks in manufacturing processes, supply chains, and operations1.
- Effectively communicate risk assessment findings and mitigation plans to stakeholders, fostering transparency and informed decision-making1.

**Required Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Experience in Production (RTB) or CTB Project (CTB) delivery.
- Ability to manage multiple urgent tasks simultaneously across time zones in a time-sensitive environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders across functions.

**Desired Skills/Experience (Plus)**:

- VBA Scripting

**Competencies**:

- Strong understanding of Development cycles: SDLC, Agile, Continuous Delivery.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Change Management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
- Ability to handle multiple deliverables simultaneously.
- Experience interacting with global teams (support, infrastructure, development).
- Strong analytical skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field1.

**Desired Qualifications (Plus)**:

- Six Sigma belt.
- PMP certification.
- ITIL v4 Foundation certification.

**Language Requirement**:

- English (required): Fluency in both oral and written communication is essential.
- French: Ability to communicate in French

Le département Global Risk, Control, and Production (RCP) est chargé de piloter les activités IT Risks & Production dans l'ensemble de l'entreprise. Nos principales missions sont les suivantes:

- Définir, consolider et piloter des indicateurs de production (KSI, SLA, etc.).
- Assurer l'uniformité des pratiques et des outils de production et favoriser les communautés de pratique.
- Déployer et piloter les processus de gestion des risques informatiques, alignés sur les politiques opérationnelles et de risque de cybersécurité.
- Gestion de projets transversaux de transformation de la production.

**Résumé du poste**:Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) directeur(trice) des risques et de la production TI très motivé(e) et expérimenté(e) pour se joindre à notre équipe dynamique de RCP. Dans ce rôle, vous serez un point de contact clé entre le RCP central, les équipes RCP de l'unité et les diverses tribus, facilitant la mise en œuvre cohérente des meilleures pratiques en alignement avec les objectifs stratégiques. Vous contribuerez à l'amélioration de la qualité de la production, à la mise en œuvre d'améliorations et à la mise en œuvre de pratiques dans l'ensemble de l'organisation.
