**The Opportunity**

-You will ensure customers’ credit issues are treated respectfully and in a fair and consistent manner; that the Company’s receivables are maintained at an acceptable level; and that bad debt write-off is minimized. You play a key role in maintaining the Company’s policies and corporate image. In addition, this position will provide on-call support as required throughout the year in the event of outages or after hours customer contact.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business or a three year Business Management Diploma supplemented with a minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience. Completion or enrollment in the Certified Credit Professional program would be an asset. Keen attention to detail and strong analytical and problem solving skills are also required. You must maintain a valid driver’s license.

You are a highly motivated team player with a strong commitment to safety and customer service, an excellent work ethic, effective interpersonal, communication, coaching and negotiation skills. You have strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently in a computerized environment.
