**Key Responsibilities**
- Able to read and understand and follow recipes BEO and other kitchen required documents.
- Ordering, preparing, execution as well as post event clean up
- Able to work collaboratively with leadership and direct a team in the absence of chef D’ Cuisine
- Able to adjust and adapt to dietary restrictions and concerns
- Has a strong understanding of food safety protocols
- Waste management
- Cooking of meats, fish, grains & vegetables with a good understanding of mixed cooking methods
- Ensure that proper Health & Safety and sanitation practices are utilised.
- Ensure smooth kitchen operations by coordinating with related Food and Beverage Departments.
- Perform other duties as required.
- Available to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**What we are looking for...**
- Must be Red Seal Certified.
- Must have valid Food Handlers Certification.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of food hygiene.
- Positive and professional attitude and appearance.
- High level of accuracy, and a strong commitment to detail.
- Work well under pressure and in a team environment.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
