Marketing Coordinator

**Job Description/Duties**:

- Develop and execute the digital and traditional marketing strategy for the project
- Create content and initiatives to increase customer acquisition, loyalty and community support
- Assist with in-store team with visual merchandising and promotional materials, good at use the tools of graphic design
- Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube), including creating, posting and engaging in content
- Conduct market research to identify marketing opportunities and negotiate media coverage
- Simplify complex data into a user-friendly format such as graphs, charts and other visual aids for clients and management
- Track sales data, maintain promotional materials inventory, maintain databases and prepare the report accordingly
- Design, implement and execute strategies to continuously improve website traffic, CTR, CVR, and SEO
- And all other duties assigned by the marketing manager and executive team

**Requirements and Qualifications**:

- Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
- 1 - 5 years of experience in the role of marketing
- Have a creative mind with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills are required with attention to details
- Ability to establish priorities and work under pressure to meet project deadlines
- Solid report writing, communication and presentation skills
- Effective problem-solving skills with a results-oriented approach
- Ability to work with staff, build and maintain good working relationships with a team
- Able to adapt to change, exhibits flexibility and sound judgment
